Stainless steel welded pipe, referred to as welded pipe, commonly used steel or steel strip is welded by the unit and the mold after crimp forming.
According to the welding technology, it can be divided into automatic welding and manual welding. Automatic welding generally uses submerged arc welding and plasma welding, and manual welding generally uses argon arc welding.
According to the weld form, it is divided into straight welded pipe and spiral welded pipe.
Mainly used in machinery, automobiles, bicycles, furniture, hotel and restaurant decoration and other mechanical parts and structural parts. It represents materials 0Cr13, 1Cr17, 00Cr19Ni11, 1Cr18Ni9, 0Cr18Ni11Nb, and the like.Stainless steel welded pipes shall be made by the manual or automatic electric-welding process. It shall be made from flat-rolled stainless steel sheet, coils, or plate by a shielded arc-welding process. Stainless welded pipes shall be furnished clean and free of scale.
All stainless welded pipes shall have smooth ends and shall not deviate from straightness by more than 0.8mm in 900mm of length.
Stainless steel welded pipe, after final heat treatment, shall be chemically descaled or pickled free of scale. When bright annealing is used, pickling or chemical descaling is not necessary.
Stainless welded pipes are inventoried in 6.0mm to 1219mm.
All welded pipes can be cut into specified size. Finish processing service, like polishing, can be available. We can process stainless welded pipes to mirror finish.
